If you’ve shopped around for rugs recently, you know how expensive they can be. Without even trying, it’s easy to spend several hundred or even thousands on a rug. As it so often happens in life, I came across a fabulous resource quite by accident last week while looking on line for, of all things, a kayak. I was looking at sites like Lands End and Urban Outfitters popped up and I figured I would check them out. Well, who knew they would be a resource for rugs?! Not me. And since I’ve been thinking about layering a rug on top of one we already have and I don’t want to spend a lot, I was super excited to find these!
The right rug can pull a room together. Think of it as art for your floors. I love the whimsy of some of these designs. Clearly, these rugs don’t take themselves too seriously. And guess what? Most of these are less than $200, some even less than $100. The only negative is most don’t come in larger 8 x 10 sizes, but a few do so check them out if you’re in the market for a rug.
The polka dot one is adorable, but overall my favorite is the light blue scroll rug that I featured first. I can’t help it, I always revert back to my classic, simple self.
Another great resource for inexpensive rugs is Rugsusa. If you know of any other resources for rugs on the cheap, do share!

Love that blue scroll rug also! Think you’re going to get it?
Don’t think so. It doesn’t go with our cabin, and I don’t want to buy anything new for the rental. I need maybe something multi colored. I’m glad I found this resource, even though I may not get something right now from them. Thanks for stopping by!
