A couple of weeks ago I showed you my version of a ‘rustic and refined’ table all dressed up for Fall. With just a few changes, I’ve taken that refined table and changed it into a tablescape that shouts from the rooftops, ‘Fall is Here’, complete with corn and sunflower plates.
Let’s face it, it doesn’t get much more Fall than that.
I kept the runner and napkins. They’re perfect for Fall, with velvet trim and a burlapy/linen fabric that I just love. This piece is actually a small wreath, but I like it on the table. I wanted to put a candle in the middle, but I didn’t have one small enough.
I kept the orbs and added a metallic acorn to the mix.
The gold hen adds to the country look and is super versatile. After Fall is over, you might find her on one of my kitchen shelves.
Ok, so this isn’t a table, but I had to show you this pear I got at HomeGoods!
I know it’s only the beginning of October, but I think I’m done already with my Fall decorating. At least the decorating that requires spending money, which I’ve done far too much of lately. I’ll just be using nature’s bounty for the remaining of the season, which I think is far nicer than anything any retail store can conjure up.
